PDF Drive provides free online PDF processing tools and access to PDF documents through Internet Archive. Our services include:

- Search functionality to find PDF documents from Internet Archive
- Free downloads of public domain and openly licensed PDF documents
- Educational content and resources about PDF processing
3. User Accounts
PDF Drive does not require user accounts or registration. All services are available immediately without creating an account.
Since we don't collect account information, there are no passwords to manage or personal profiles to maintain. This aligns with our privacy-first approach.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use PDF Drive only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:
- Using the Service to process documents for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PDF Drive and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

When you use our PDF processing tools, your files are processed entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. We do not upload, store, or have access to your files.
You retain all rights to your documents and files. By using our Service, you grant us no rights to your content.
You are solely responsible for any content you process using our tools and represent that you have all necessary rights to use such content.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Internet Archive). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that PDF Drive shall not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by use of such content or services.

10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Since we don't require accounts, termination simply means blocking access from your IP address or device.
11. Disclaimers and Warranties
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind:
- No Warranty of Accuracy: We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected
